Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- The product must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear or damage caused by the user.
- The product must be in its original condition—free of scratches, with all protective seals intact, and no signs of tampering.
- The product’s original packaging must be undamaged, without any dents, tears, markings, or stickers, and must match the product specifications.
- The personal and order information must match the details in the Igetbar system.
- The product must show no exposure to external factors such as extreme temperatures, moisture, or physical impact.
Igetbar reserves the right to refuse a return if the product, in our assessment, fails to meet any of the above conditions. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all products we sell.
Return Timeframe
Your product must meet all return conditions and be requested for return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your product for a different one under these conditions:
- The new product you select must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
- If the new product is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- If the new product is of lower value, we do not offer a partial refund for the difference.
Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability.
How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with return instructions. After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status of your return.
Important Notes
- To best protect your rights, please ensure the product meets all return conditions before shipping it back to us.
- Please take photos of the product and the shipping label before you send it. This helps us verify the condition upon arrival.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1–6 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have approved it:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded, unless they are defective.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
- Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. For more details, please refer to our FAQ section or contact our support team.
