Warranty Coverage & Duration

  • Warranty Period: All products are covered by a 90‑day (3‑month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What Is Covered: This warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects, including:
    • Battery faults: The battery fails to hold a charge under normal use.
    • Device failure: The product is dead on arrival (DOA) or does not function as intended out of the box.
    • Workmanship issues: Defects in materials or construction.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence
    You may be asked to provide:
    • A clear photo or video showing the defect.
    • The batch number (if printed on the packaging).
  3. Assessment & Resolution
    Our team will assess your claim. If approved, we will typically provide a replacementstore credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please do not discard the product until you have received instructions from our team.


What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or exposure to capacitys.
  • Products that have been tampered with or opened (beyond normal use).
  • Issues arising from the use of incompatible chargers or accessories.
  • Leakage or performance issues resulting from user error (e.g., improper storage, mishandling).
  • Preference‑based dissatisfaction (e.g., flavour, vapour production).
  • Products purchased from unauthorised retailers.

Your Rights Under Consumer Law

Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Law. The Consumer Law includes guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
